Three Days Lyrics Challenge – Day 1

Hi guys I’ve been nominated for the three day Lyric challenge by Aieshi Jain and Adithya. Thank you both for nominating me for the Three day Lyric challenge. Okay I don’t listen to music that much still I will try to post few phrases of songs that have meant something to me.

Rules:

  1. Thank the person who nominated you.
  2. Post one quote (song lyric) each day for three days.
  3. Nominate three people.

Alone by Alan Walker

If this night is not forever
At least we are together
I know I’m not alone
I know I’m not alone
Anywhere, whenever
Apart, but still together
I know I’m not alone
I know I’m not alone

The first time I heard this song, I knew this is going to be one of my all-time favourites. I have been raised in a joint family which got separated afterward but we still live in the vicinity – Always there and ready to help each other in times of need and double the fun in the time of joy. I have experienced, no matter how big a problem, is solved when you have your family guarding your sides.

The family is the backbone of our social virtues and ethics. It gives us representation in the society for a very long time until we find our own identity. Every moment of joy is incomplete without a family to enjoy it.
And please mark my words, I am talking about “FAMILY”, don’t mistake it for blood relation. You can have a family out of a blood relation too.

Even if Alan Walker meant something other than this, I have my own meaning of this song.😋

My Nominations

  1. Anusha
  2. Ahavaha
  3. Hilary Tan

Now that you have read the blog, let me know what do you think about these lines.
